Our Chiropractic Techniques

Is Chiropractic Going to Hurt?

No. Having a chiropractic adjustment can be compared to cracking your knuckles or hearing a click or a pop in your neck or back while stretching. Dr. Sofia explains, “That is what I will do, but I will encourage it in a specific time and place”.  He will perform an adjustment as gently as possible with the goal of creating more freedom of movement in a place that may be subluxated or fixated.
